The reserve has a perennial river system running through it and is home to the Big 4, soon to be Big 5. In addition to the 10,000 ha of traversing, the owner of this land will have traversing rights over an additional 14,000 hectares on adjoining reserves, there are no fences in between these private areas.

The total traversing rights will cover 24,000 hectares. The only infrastructure on the entire 10,000 hectares are 2 lodges, the remaining land is pristine bushveld with great game viewing.
